At CFH Fall Brawl, our mission is to promote fitness and community through competition. We believe that fitness should be fun and engaging, and our events reflect that passion.
Our competition will take place on Saturday, September 13th.
CFH Fall Brawl will be a partner competition with 3 divisions:
- 2 females
- 2 males
- 1 female & 1 male
*Rx and scaled division for each
We will be having 4 workouts with 1 floater WOD for a total of 5 events.
We will have small cash prizes for our Rx 1st place finishers and merchandise for all teams who podium.
6 Rounds (partners alternate rounds):
24 ft. Weighted Walking Lunges

Directly into 6 minutes to find a 1 rep Power Clean
*both partners will find a 1 RM Power Clean in the 6 minutes
Standards - must utilize a 45/35 lb barbell with clips; both partners will complete synchro burpees (chest touches ground at same time) on the same barbell; can be any type of snatch

40 Calorie Row
20 Wall Walks
*scaled will be singles and scaled wall walks

Rx - 150/100 Scaled - 100/70
8 minute time cap
*one partner will complete the full workout and then the second partner will go - time will be the total time it takes for both partners to complete the workout
*sandbag must be held on shoulders for squats
